Intermediate shaft For all BMW R 2V models with 5-speed-gearbox.

This intermediate shaft has never been available from BMW by itself. Only the complete countershaft was offered and now that part is also no longer available.

The main reason for changing out this shaft is usually a worn, stuck or broken 3/4 gearwheel, which we also offer as replacement part. This shaft is machined to the dimensions of the later gearbox gear wheels and so on gearboxes made before 4/1982, you will also need to replace 3rd gear with art.no. 2321993 .
If your gearbox was made after 5/1982, you will not necessarily need these extra parts.
